Refund Policy

AutoDirector ("we" or "us") is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process. This policy applies to all transactions made through our payment partner, Creem.
1. Automatic Credit Refunds (System Errors)
If a video generation fails due to a system error, the credits consumed will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part — the system handles this automatically.
2. Payment Issues
If you experience a payment charge without receiving credits, or are charged multiple times, please contact our support team within 7 days at support@autodirector.app. We will respond and resolve the issue within 3 business days.
3. Proportional Refunds for Subscriptions
For subscription plans (monthly/yearly), we offer proportional refunds. The refund amount is calculated as follows:
- Refund ratio: Based on the unused portion of your purchased credits. For example, if your Pro Plan includes 960 credits and you have used 240 credits (25%), you are eligible for a refund of 75% of the subscription fee.
- Promotional credits excluded: Any credits received through promotions, discounts, or bonuses are not included in the refund calculation. Refunds are based solely on the number of credits you purchased. For example, if you purchased 960 credits and received 120 bonus credits, the refund is calculated based on the 960 purchased credits only.
To request a proportional refund, please contact support@autodirector.app with your account details and reason for the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits that have been consumed under normal, non-error conditions.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- One-time credit packs (non-subscription) after credits have been partially or fully used.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option in your account settings. After cancellation:
- Remaining credits in your current billing cycle will remain available until the end of the period.
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. To request one, please follow the process described in Section 3 above.
6. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through our payment partner, Creem. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
